Policies
I have a 48-hour cancellation or reschedule policy. Any appointments that are no-showed, canceled or revised after 48 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the total cost of services that were booked. Most always this will be the case but exceptions are at Sarah’s discretion.
If you have no-showed or canceled late more than 3 times you will be required to pay for the appointment upfront before booking.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment it is in my rights to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
I do not do refunds. If you are for unhappy with your services I will do my best to correct it for you at no additional charge.
Products purchased are for exchange only, no returns.
I do not guarantee any color services if you don’t purchase recommended shampoos and conditioners or follow my after-care instructions.
I am an artist not a copy-machine all photos are for inspiration not expectation.
