Policies

• I have a 48-hour cancellation or reschedule policy. Any appointments that are no-showed, canceled or revised after 48 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the total cost of services that were booked. Most always this will be the case but exceptions are at Sarah’s discretion.

• If you have no-showed or canceled late more than 3 times you will be required to pay for the appointment upfront before booking.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment it is in my rights to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• I do not do refunds. If you are for unhappy with your services I will do my best to correct it for you at no additional charge.

• Products purchased are for exchange only, no returns.

• I do not guarantee any color services if you don’t purchase recommended shampoos and conditioners or follow my after-care instructions.

• I am an artist not a copy-machine all photos are for inspiration not expectation.
